Sales Policy
Placing an order: You should choose the desired product in the Phillippe by Almada online shop.
When your Basket has all the desired products, fill out the required data (if the delivery address differs from the billing address, fill out that information in Additional Information) and Confirm the order.
Payment Methods: The Phillippe by online shop accepts Bank Transfers, MultiBanco reference and paypal as payment methods.

When paying by Bank Transfer you should provide your name or order number.
If you pay by MultiBanco reference, this transaction will appear in your extract as a payment to Ifthenpay.
Prices: All prices on the Phillippe by Almada online shop are in Euros and include the legally standing VAT. Postage costs are added to the price of the product. On orders above €39.90 to Continental Portugal you will not be charged postage costs.
Order delivery: Orders are expedited upon confirmation of payment; confirmations received up until 12:00 are expedited in the same day and orders received after 12:00 are expedited the following working day.
Phillippe by Almada deliveries are made by CTT Expresso and delivered in 4 working days in Continental Portugal.
For the islands (Madeira and Azores) and the EU the timeframe is up to 15 working days.
We recommend that the delivery address is where you will normally be during the day; in the event that it is not possible to deliver your order at the specified delivery address, a note will be left advising you to collect your order at the nearest Post Office. If your order is not collected within the specified timeframe, if the address is incorrect or incomplete, if the recipient is not known at the delivery address or refuses to receive the order, the delivery will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you so that we can re-send it, pending payment of the new postage costs.
Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
It is under the terms of the current Code of Conduct that complies with GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of the 27th of April 2016 that DMC – Donkey Milk Cosmetics Lda, holder of the cosmetics brand Phillippe by Almada and, henceforth called such, is committed to comply.
I declare that I have a commercial relationship with the aforementioned company and expressly authorise via the present document, that my personal data provided to Phillippe by Almada, are processed, namely through their collection, registering and integration in a database, organisation, conservation, adaptation, alteration, recovery, consulting, use and communication through transmittance, diffusion or any other form that places them at the disposition, having the final purpose the execution of the commercialisation of cosmetic products and anything that relates to it, for the time that is strictly necessary not only for processing on behalf of that company but, also, the compliance with the applicable legislation.
I declare that I have been informed by the aforementioned company that my personal data will exclusively be used for that end purpose and stored only for the time that is indispensable for such activities and that is defined in the applicable laws for this matter, after which they will be destroyed.
I declare that I know that THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING IS IN CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE 7 AND THE FOLLOWING OF GDPR – EU REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL, OF THE 27TH OF APRIL2016, CONSTITUTING A MANIFESTATION, OF FREE WILL, SPECIFIC, INFORMED AND EXPLICIT, BY WHICH THE OWNER OF THE DATA ACCEPTS, CONDITIONAL TO THE DECLARATION, THAT THEIR PERSONAL DATA IS SUBJECT TO PROCESSING UNDER THE LEGALLY ADMISSIBLE PARAMETERS.

To exercise the right to access or the right to present a complaint regarding any questions to do with the processing of my personal data, or even to consult the legally applicable legislation (GDPR), I have been informed that I must present, in writing, a request to Phillippe by Almada, FAO Filipe Tavares de Carvalho, to Monte das Faias, 2100-300 Couço, or to filipecarvalho@donkeymilkcosmetics.eu, giving that company a maximum deadline of 1 month from the date of arrival of the request to respond to my query. Such information is provided for free. However, if the request presented by the owner of the data is manifestly unfounded or excessive, namely due to its repetitive nature, the responsible for the processing may: demand payment of a reasonable fee relating to the administrative costs of providing the information or the communication, or for carrying out the requested process; or refusing to follow up on the request.
I was also informed that, as the owner of the data I have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados – CNPD for any infraction to these rules. In future, I authorise Phillippe by Almada to receive via email any eventual newsletter/promotions and campaigns from the company.
Phillippe by Almada assumes a commitment to the privacy and security of the personal information of each of its customers.
The data collected in this Declaration will be used only for the aforementioned purposes, only and exclusively by Phillippe by Almada, and will not be given to any third-parties. Under the terms of GDPR you may, at any moment, request access and alteration to your personal data, retract the previously given consent in this Declaration or request the total erasure of the data, by sending an e-mail with your request to: info@phillippebyalmada.eu
