In the event that you receive a delivery faulty or tampered packaging you can contact us by phone on +351 217 112 760 or via e-mail at info@phillippebyalmada.eu, within 48 (forty eight) hours of receiving your package so that we can substitute your products.
In the event that you have an allergic reaction, you must:
- Be in possession of the product
- Have a medical report
- Contact us over the phone on +351 217 112 760, for guidance on returning your goods
In all other cases, as we are dealing with cosmetic products, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges
